Thank you for the email!  I also wanted to thank you for the F1 that you kindly sold to me last Fall.  I just got back from several months of geological field work in remote mountains of western Yukon.  The F1 was on me at all times, and was used daily, from food preparation and firestarting, to general camp tasks, to clearing helicopter landing zones.  It was a long, wet and cold field season that was tough on people, and tough on gear.  The F1 performed flawlessly throughout it all; it is a well designed, simple and tough piece of kit.  From now on, it will go with me whenever geology takes me next.  The plastic sheath shows some wear, but it was sturdy enough for work in cramped helicopter cabins, and retained the knife safely through helicopter, ATV and 4x4 operations in the worst possible weather.  If you happen to speak with the owners/designers of Fallkniven, please give them my best: they made a good knife.
