Petromax Kuksa
The Petromax Kuksa is your traditional wooden cup: the cup served as a drinking and eating vessel or for gathering berries. The special feature of the Petromax Kuksa is the continuous, horizontally attached handle - so you keep it firmly in your grip sip after sip. With the leather strap you can wear the Kuksa on your belt or backpack and always have it at hand.
The Kuksa is the ideal piece of equipment for your outdoor adventurer, because it offers many uses. It can be used as a cup, for soup or as a serving bowl - with its 200 ml capacity you can also use it for scooping or measuring. This real bushcraft cup convinces in the long run by its easy handling and long durability, which you will enjoy for many years on all your outdoor activities.
This is what makes your olive wood kuksa so individual
The Petromax Kuksa is handcrafted in Germany. It is made from the wood of the Olea Europaea. The olive trees are felled because the olives can no longer be harvested - thus a resource-saving production takes place. The oil-wax finish at the end of the manufacturing process leads to a long durability of the cup and it is so always ready for the next outdoor use. The dragon-strong engraving with the Petromax logo adds a special touch to each Kuksa with its very individual grain.
How to care for your Kuksa:
You can clean your Kuksa very traditionally in the brook only - or also with mild dishwashing liquid and clear water. Let it dry well after each use - if necessary, you can rub it with a thin film of high-quality olive oil. Avoid direct sunlight and high temperature jumps. Strongly coloring liquids such as blackberry juice or red wine can also discolor your kuksa.
