Really beautiful little knife from Karesuando Sweden. A great take on the classic Scandinavian knife. The Handle is Masur Birch with Reinder Antler insert and Brass spacer and the practical blade is Swedish 12C27 steel, scandi ground (of course!) and 57HRC.

Made in one of the most Northern towns in Sweden, just 250km from the Artic Circle, Karesuando knives are the culmination of generations of local experience of living off the land and with the Reindeer. The designs are well thought out and the quality of the materials is very high, giving a combination of ease of use and durability, the hallmarks of Outdoors experience.
Total length in cover - 200mm Blade-length – 85 mm; Blade-width – 21 mm The handle is of heat-treated masur birch, reindeerantler and brass. The blade is made out of stainless steel, Sandvik 12C27, hardened to 57 HRC. The sheath is made of cowhide, braided without glue or sewing thread. Internal cut protection.
